SUMMARY:

The boiling granulator is also called a one-step granulator. It uses the bonding effect of a binder to bridge and agglomerate solid powders, thereby gradually forming particles.

The granulating powder material is put into the fluidized bed, cold air enters through the filter, is heated by the heater, and the temperature of the cold wind rises to the process temperature, and then enters the fluidized bed to make the powder circulate in a fluidized state, and spray into The misty binder wets the powder in the container, causing the powder to condense into loose small particles. At the same time, the water is continuously evaporated and taken away by the hot air.
